Orders that are shipped outside of the U.S. may be required to pay taxes and duties upon delivery. We estimate you will receive your order within 10-14 business days of its ship date pending clearance. We cannot ship to International P.O. boxes. Knowledge and payment of these fees is the responsibility of the customer and not reimbursed by FUNDAE Beauty. For more information, please check with your local customs before placing your order.
RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@fundaebeauty.com. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing your return request. If the request for return is submitted past the 30 days, unfortunately we will not be able to accept your return.
We reserve the right to deny a refund for any returned item that is no longer in new condition, in its original packaging or is damaged, missing any labels, instructions, or pieces.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Except in the case of damaged or defective merchandise, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. The cost of return shipping will be calculated upon approval and will be deducted from your refund.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to the personal care nature of beauty products, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds on used products.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
DAMAGES AND DEFECTS
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded (less promotional discounts and shipping charges) on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
